We started to look for a vehicle at Brent Brown Toyota of Orem Utah. Brent Brown was not helpful at all. They would not listen to what we wanted and how much we could spend. I was never addressed by my name, they would never call me back in the time frame they gave me. I hated how I was treated. I felt like all they wanted was my money and not my loyalty. So we started to look around for another dealership. We came across Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Sandy Utah. Right away we were treated like a customer and not someone who they could make money off of. We were always addressed by our names, they encouraged our kids to be apart of the new car buying experience. They were able to find us a vehicle in our price range and have all the features that we wanted and needed in a car. The customer service was excellence, they returned our phone calls and made sure that what they were offering to us was what we wanted. They took the time and made sure we were happy. Once they found a car we were looking for we got a call right away. Just to make sure the car was still there when we went to go look at it, the keys were pulled so no one else could buy it. I really enjoyed working with them to get the car we wanted. I made most of the conversations through phone calls, but when me and my husband went in to look at the car we felt like we have done all of our talking in person. They were very friendly and loved to help keep the kids busy as not to bother mommy or daddy talking to the sales persons, Most dealerships when you get a car from them, they give you a quarter of gas when you leave the dealership. Larry H Miller gave us a full tank of gas to make sure we could get where we wanted to go with out running out. I would gladly go back and get another car from them. More
So my experience went from Good, to horribly bad, to OUTSTANDING. Sales professional Clint was great, knew the product well, helped with the negotiation, and we did not feel pressured or pushed in any OUTSTANDING. We ran into a few problems after the initial purchase meeting, of which the details are now meaningless. (Ok, now the why) These guys went way beyond to “make it right”; they truly do know the meaning of customer service and earning trust and more importantly keeping it. So if you’re looking for a Dodge no matter where you live around Salt Lake City (we live about 50 miles away and passed many other Dodge dealerships to get to it.) Please stop in and ask For Clint Peterson by name, he will treat you right. Oh and by the way, the Charger is SWEET. More

My parents were looking for a used/new car about four months ago. I was taking them to get a Toyota, but my mom wanted to stop at LHM to look at a Durango. Nathan took it all in stride, treated my parents like gold, gave them a great deal and gave my mom flowers when all the papers were signed. I was extremely impressed! I was so impressed that I went back to Nathan about a month ago to help me find a used car. Every car I test-drove I didn't like OR it was way too much money for me. He was patient with me and kept looking for the right car. Last week I found one I liked online in Preston, Idaho. Nathan drove to the dealership in Idaho (which I did not ask him to do), brought it back, paid for all the Utah inspections, and gave me a great deal. I didn't think it was possible to have a pleasant experience at a car dealership, but I actually was extremely impressed. Of course when the deal was done, Nathan had flowers waiting for me. So, I went looking for a specific car that was listed on lhmdeals.com. Come to find out, it was actually in the Ogden area and I was at the Sandy location. The sales rep, Rodney, said that he would go up an lhmdeals.com. Come to find out, it was actually in the Ogden area and I was at the Sandy location. The sales rep, Rodney, said that he would go up and bring it back to Sandy. I left the dealership and then came back at a specified time, but Rodney hadn't returned yet. When he got back he told me that they had already sold the car I was looking for. After several calls they were able to find a comparable vehicle at a price point that I wanted. Rodney spent a great deal of time ensuring that I had all that I needed. He is a credit to this dealership. More
I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey (Touring Edition) from the Huge Tent Sale I met Clint at the front of the tent. I had been working with Keri on-line from the Riverdale Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Dealership of Larr Huge Tent Sale I met Clint at the front of the tent. I had been working with Keri on-line from the Riverdale Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Dealership of Larry H. Miller, she found the car but LHM Honda of Murray said they wouldn't transfer the vehicle, made up some story, so I went to the Salt Lake Tent Sale and found it there. Clint was AWESOME! Let me take the vehicle to show my wife, it had every option and then some that I was looking for in the vehicle I wanted except 4 wheel drive (Can't Have Everything, I'd been looking for over 2 weeks!). Wife liked it, thought it was a bit pricey. I told her I would make it affordable, after she rode in it, I went back and said, let's get down to brass tax. He introduced me to Dennis the Used Car Manager, and we sat down after we got hot dogs and soda for the kids and Car Fax Foxes (Stuffed Animals), and he asked me in reality, what he needed to do. So I told him thinking, here we go with the 3 hour haggling. He came back and sat down, said, let's save us both a lot of time, I can do your price, but you have to pay for the parts at my cost for the hitch and a couple other things I wanted done, but labor and work was on his dime. I told him I could "X" amount of that, and he left came back about 2 minutes later and said, good enough. It was done in less than 10 minutes! We did minimum paperwork to get me out of there, and we went back the next day to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork. We sat down with this awesome finance guy who was GREAT actually, we were in and out in about 30-45 minutes from the time we got there, and we were leaving with a fully detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas! Very satisfied with the sales department and finance guy... Please read my review on the service end, not so impressed. More
Chris was a good guy, he was really good actually. The supervisor on the phone was a good guy, more than reasonable. First off, I had a hitch that was to be put on my 2008 Honda Odyssey (Touring Edition) and I had an appointment I had made. I showed up and spoke to Chris. Come to find out they never ordered the parts so I drove all the way from Ogden to Sandy for basically a joy ride. I told Chris I expected to be compensated, he asked how, and I said, how about GAS! So he made a call two or two and told me the parts would be ordered and to bring the vehicle back on "E" so he could compensate me with a full tank of gas. I thanked him, and told him when I needed this hitch by, he said I would hear from them by the early part of next week. Well the following week week came and I had to call them. The parts had barely come in, which explains why nobody called yet, an they scheduled me ASAP. I went in, got checked in by a super guy, an hour and a half later while waiting with three small children I get called on my cell, the wrong parts were ordered, and with warranty stuff they wanted to do, they would be keeping it for at least another day. So the car rental doesn't come with comparable vehicle, they come with this dinky miniature compact, and the 3 car seats wouldn't fit, so they got me a Jeep Liberty. I call the next day it won't be done, but it will be done the next day. I ask about the tire issue which I was told I would get two new tires (2 worn tires on the back Not the DEALERSHIPS FAULT LHM HONDA in MURRAY takes the fall for that one) I am told they are going to "Rotate" the tires... Anyway I called Corporate Headquarters to complain, about forty five minutes later I got a call from the "Supervisor" of service, they will put on a new tire if I'll pay for the other tire at their cost, mounting and balance on they're dime. Better than nothing, so I agree. When I got there to pick up the vehicle at 3:00 pm the next day it was completely finished, and detailed, no gas, but all the work was done, and Chris treated me like a King! Paid for tire, moved all the car seats back into our wonderful new Honda Odyssey Touring Edition and rode home in style!!! I Love this car, love my purchase, service wasn't horrible just aggravating, people like Chris and his supervisor made up for everyone else's dropping the ball. Overall I wasn't happy with the rest of my experience other than Chris and the supervisor I spoke with on the phone about the tires after I called corporate headquarters. It doesn't hurt to complain when your UNHAPPY, things can get fixed to make you satisfied. More
