Although they do good work and are organized to track who does what and what is being done with your car, they simply take too long doing an oil change, talking over an hour when other places are around half does what and what is being done with your car, they simply take too long doing an oil change, talking over an hour when other places are around half an hour. They also give you a tracking link to keep updated with the progress of their work, but they don't update it and it gets stuck in the in progress step and doesn't advance, which makes it kind of pointless.
