My issue is that they would not reinstall the license plate bracket that fell off in the automatic car wash which was installed improperly by them one year ago.! My Dodge Durango was at LHM for over 1 week. I called and/or sent text messages 3-4 times per day. Service agent Eric promised each time that he would call me back and he NEVER called me. He sai I called and/or sent text messages 3-4 times per day. Service agent Eric promised each time that he would call me back and he NEVER called me. He said the warranty would take a long time to deal with and he “couldn’t spend 40 minutes on hold for just one customer”. I asked that he at least let me know what was wrong with the car and then I could decide if I wanted to wait on the warranty or just pay for it. He wouldn’t give a straight answer and continued to blame the warranty. After several days he texted and asked ME for the claims phone number for the warranty. I sent it and then he never responded to my texts. It was SO EPICALLY frustrating to repeatedly hear how horrible DODGE’S warranty was. DODGE sold me the warranty when I bought the car from THEM! After a week my husband called, waited on hold for more than 30 minutes, and finally got a hold of Eric to identify the issue with the car, deal with the warranty and do the repair. It was all done that day. I was repeatedly dismissed by Eric every day for a week. Apparently the repair was quick and easy because it was done within a few hours of my husband calling. The warranty issue was taken care of in that time too. At the end of it all, it only took a couple hours, not even a full day to finalize the repair. This is MY car. However, apparently Eric doesn’t respond unless a man yells at him. I communicated ALL of this to Eric when I picked up my car today. He apologized for the HORRIBLE service and had all kinds of excuses about how it was the warranty’s fault. To top it off - this survey was sent to my husbands phone. Not mine. So I’m disappointed and dismissed again. Seriously??!! I’ve owned 2 Durangos and 2 Jeeps. I’ll ABSOLUTELY be looking elsewhere for service and for my next purchase. More
