I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at this dealership. I was recommend to go to service advisor Isaiah, when I brought my vehicle in I was told my service advisor was Isaiah but when I tr this dealership. I was recommend to go to service advisor Isaiah, when I brought my vehicle in I was told my service advisor was Isaiah but when I tried to call in and get an update I was told my service advisor is Matthew. I did not receive a call back for a long time so I called back again. I asked for Isaiah and was transferred to Matthew. He acted like he was put off to speak to me. He was abrupt, rude, and unhelpful when I had questions about their recommendations. I was charged $240 for a diagnostic that didn’t even give solutions for the original problem I took it in for and they wouldn’t even say that their recommendations would help the problem-“we can’t guarantee the check engine light will go off” even if we had the nearly $5000 worth of service done, $3000 of which wasn’t even about the problem I needed taken care of. I have used this service department before and was pleased with Eric as my service advisor but now because of the poor service Matthew provided and the fact they didn’t even give a solution that would ultimately take care of the reason I took it there in the first place. They wanted me to spend thousands of dollars on treatments that “might” help. I’m disappointed with this dealership and would never recommend it to anyone. More
Matt kept me in the loop on where my truck was. In the process answered all my questions. The mechanic stayed late to get things done while they waited for parts. Dealership has been great to work with. Isaiah takes care of our company needs. It is difficult when he is not there. Isiah was not there on this particular service, Also I was told th Isaiah takes care of our company needs. It is difficult when he is not there. Isiah was not there on this particular service, Also I was told that there is a seatbelt issue, and that ram is not going to cover the cost of fixing the seat belt. I will look into this, as this is a safety issue, and it would be very disappointing if ram truly is not going to take care of this issue More
