Quoted an enormous amount, nearly 6000. 00 to fix. We fixed it for 460.00 by replacing a module that took 10 minutes. They keep your car for days, are short staffed, and are not honest! This is the 5th or 6th time my truck has been in and had service performed and it never gets fixed. I’ve called for 5 weeks to talk to a service manager and I get no return call or anything from him. My tru service performed and it never gets fixed. I’ve called for 5 weeks to talk to a service manager and I get no return call or anything from him. My truck is in the dealership for weeks and I pick it up and within miles the check engine light is back on. Not satisfied in the least with the service More

Vehicle repairs are great but customer service needs significant improvement. When I called for an appointment for a recall repair I was told parts needed to be ordered and I would be contacted when the significant improvement. When I called for an appointment for a recall repair I was told parts needed to be ordered and I would be contacted when they arrived. Didn’t happen. Parts department was supposed to call. Didn’t happen. When parts showed up and I brought the vehicle in on my scheduled repair day, I was told they couldn’t start the repair for three days. So why did I schedule a day and time for repairs if they couldn’t start for three days??? When I brought my vehicle in three days later I was told I would get a phone call update. Didn’t happen. They offer a hyperlink to see realtime status updates from arrival, to inspection, to service, to final touches, to ready for pickup. After 48 hours into my repair the status never left “arrival”. I was told on day two of the repair that the repair would be done between 10 and 10:30. Didn’t happen. Finally picked up my repaired vehicle at 12:30. They kept telling me how busy they are and kept getting interrupted, thus the lack of phone calls and status updates. I’m very happy with the final repair but do not assume promised schedules will be kept. Vehicle repairs can and do often encounter unanticipated delays. Providing customer updates would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction. I’d give the repair 5 stars and customer support 2 stars More
I paid 300 to have my gas cap replaced as my truck was throwing a evap system leak. 4 days later it’s back. The people were friendly, but my problem still exists. throwing a evap system leak. 4 days later it’s back. The people were friendly, but my problem still exists. More
