I had an appointment and showed up about 20 minutes early. I got a bad feeling when I wasn’t even acknowledged for about ten minutes. I looked at that about 5 hours later and it said my vehicle had been inout into the system. No progress in that time. I tried calling, no answer. I tried texting the number that I was given, no reply. After 7 hours I got a call back from my service representative stating the vehicle hadn’t even been looked at yet. I asked to have the vehicle ready right away for me to pick up. Big waste of my time. More

I brought my truck in for service def system. I was told the def pump needed replaced for $2100 dollars. Then I was told that there were contaminants in my tank and the def system needed replaced I was told the def pump needed replaced for $2100 dollars. Then I was told that there were contaminants in my tank and the def system needed replaced for an additional $3400 dollars. I stopped the work and paid a $200 diagnostic and was charged an additional $100 for $37 dollars worth of def fluid. Myself and a mechanic friend replaced the pump for $360 dollars (pump price online) and the rust that I was told that was in the plastic lined def tank was nonexistent. Ripping people off and charging for unnecessary repairs is bad business and you should be ashamed for taking advantage of people. How can you sleep at night knowing you’re thieves!!!!!! More
