It took more than an hour for a simple oil change; and then the technician forgot to reset my dashboard data. I had to drive 17 miles back to the dealership to get it reset. I wish we had been greeted and helped in a more timely manner, but after we were greeted we had a good experience. Service was quick and I appreciated the phone call telling me they were finished. I like coming to get my vehicle serviced here but I feel that they need to work on better system of ongoing status of vehicle progress in services to be done.
