I was disappointed after my hours of waiting to only find out that my truck wasn't even touched for my 10:45 a.m. appt. For an alignment. Brandon took full responsibility, assured me that i would be discounted for the unfortunate delay. Only to find out a day later that the discount was not anything special, but a mothly promo by the dealership. Here's where i find that after hours and hours of waiting in the dealership, and after i pay and begin my drive home , i realize that the steering wheel was not centered, ( Brandon assured me that his 'best-man' was to work on my truck) Calling Brandon, i went back to the dealership, his timeframe of an 1/2hour to correct turned out to be another 1 1/2 of waiting. So i did feel that i was not properly discounted for all that the dealership put me through. I ended up at home around 5:30 p.m. Disappointed, John Karas
