Service department needs help. They don’t return calls even the service manager three times. . They finished repairs which took 8 days. I was told it would be done on Thursday , Friday and again Saturday. I picked it up and had to return it the next day. More repairs and the diesel mechanic had to go home. I would not have returned but I thought they missed something or didn’t do the job right. After this never again. More

Purchased a used car in cash in Oct 2023 - after using the car three times in the last few months and about 1000 mi driven, had massive electrical and radiator breakdown that left me stranded. Learned now that the Service team doesn't return calls, can't provide updates, doesn't call back when promised (or at all). I have never ever experienced anything remotely this bad at any dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. This behavior communicates very clearly - 1) we are disorganized or 2) we don't give a crap about our customers or 3) we are unprofessional and ill-equipped to handle our work. I was assigned to the Service Dept manager (Steven Padyk) and he failed to return messages, failed to provide updates and failed to follow-thru on every single thing he said he would do. Not a good look for a dealership's service manager. This dealership is losing my service business and any car I or my family will look to make going forward. More
I took my car in for a simple repair. My tire pressure sensors weren’t working. I was told Colin Rees could get it done with one hour of labor. He told me to come back a day later even though I had an appt scheduled. I said okay I didn’t mind. I came back the next day and they got it done. They drained my Secondary battery so it is no longer good and put a light on my dash and also made it so my fob isn’t programmed to my vehicle anymore. He told me I am liable for that and need to pay for it. Which is incorrect because it should be part of the process of what I paid for them to do. They are supposed cover both fobs. So I have a battery that they drained and a non working fob. They are telling me it’s my fault and that I need to pay for it. Colin Rees told me to be logical and blamed it on me for some odd reason when it was working from before. I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for about a week and a half now. I am very upset. This guy scams people for money and I’m not happy about it. Very disappointed and will not be coming back here. Avoid this place at all costs. More

Absolutely terrible customer service and nonexistent communication. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. Car was supposed to finally be done yesterday. "Service advisor" told me the past 2 days he woul communication. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. Car was supposed to finally be done yesterday. "Service advisor" told me the past 2 days he would call me before he left for the day to update me...nothing. I've called and left countless voicemails and text messages which go unanswered. Finally got word today it was ready and I made the HUGE mistake of asking if they could do an emissions test while they had it. They said no problem and it would be done today. That was at 12:45 and they are now closed. I called twice in that time and spoke to a "customer service" representative who knew nothing and transferred me to the same voicemail twice with no response. I still have no idea what's going on with my car More

My 2018 Rubicon JL is out of commission. It spent weeks in your service department and was never fixed. There is an electrical problem - the dashboard warning lights go crazy blinking every warning available and then the power steering stops working. When I first brought it in, in early June, Service replace the main and auxiliary batteries. I picked it up on a Saturday, drove it minimally and didn't drive it again this that Monday and It happened all over again. When I brought it back, the service manager asked if a technician could drive it to see if they could "duplicate" the problem. After weeks with them, they claimed they could never duplicate it. I had sent a video of the dash lights going off and they said that didn't help. They said I should just take it back and call them "when it happens again" That was infuriating. They know there is a problem but they don't offer any help in trying to figure out what it is. They don't care that you might be on the highway or at a busy intersection when your car sudden;y stops working, putting you and others in danger. After six weeks paying for a rental car, I picked up my Jeep. The manager, Cody, who promised the week before that my issue would be top priority, handed me over to the original service manager that I dealt with and practically pushed me off the lot with my broken car and a huge fake smile on his face. So, tell me, how do I get this problem fixed?? More

Will update with final results Update: They fixed the door issue, 3rd times the charm. Still no fix on the headlight, but at this point, we will just take it to get it fixed elsewhere. Glad they at least followed through on the other items. More
