I had a parts on backorder for over 3 months, when I called to check on status of the part, I spoke to Big Jake who reviewed my original service report and told me he had someone in the prefab departmen called to check on status of the part, I spoke to Big Jake who reviewed my original service report and told me he had someone in the prefab department that could fix my problem without having to wait for the part. Big Jake connected me with Little Jake and told me to bring my vehicle in right away and they could look at it. After waiting 3 months for the part, Big Jake and Little Jake got it resolved and fixed by the end of that day! They are awesome! More
