I find that different employees give different information regarding service. For example Darrin explained to me that I didn't need oil changes as often since I use synthetic oil. I asked some ot information regarding service. For example Darrin explained to me that I didn't need oil changes as often since I use synthetic oil. I asked some other employees 3 years ago and they told me to get oil change quarterly. I also had to ask what else I needed for my vehicle, and Darrin told me I should have had something with my fuel line done at 30, ooo miles. It would be helpful for techs to take note of things like that, and inform customers. Not only would that help me, but it would be more sales for LHM. More
