Steve Beck IS A ROCKSTAR! Steve made our experience easy to deal with. Our van had some transmission issues. My warranty covered $2.5K in repairs and I had to pay for the rest. Stephen in Sales took me in before my scheduled appt. Listened to all my concerns and issues. I was offered a rental car allowing me to get where I needed to be. Text msg's were prompt and my car was done in a couple of days and agreed and a full explanation was went over with me on the phone. He was off the day of pick up but a msg was relayed to Shawn and everything worked out great. Very smooth transition with rental car and return. My car was very clean and no more scary noises. I greatly appreciate my experience with Larry H. Miller and will be returning for my next new vehicle. More
