Amazing Service Department!! Thanks Steven!! I always feel that I am being treated fairly when coming in for service on my vehicle here, this time was no exception. Steven was on top of things f I always feel that I am being treated fairly when coming in for service on my vehicle here, this time was no exception. Steven was on top of things from the minute I came in to the minute I picked my car up. He advised of all possibilities when I arrived so there were no surprises (if covered under my extended warranty, if the part they replaced in 2018 went bad it would be covered completely or if it was something else he would be sure to let me know.and very possible it would be under my warranty if anything major, he knew exactly what my deductible would be..He even advised of a recall and said they would get this taken care of as well). Luckily it was just a simple fix that did not cost anything additional outside my oil change. I was then provided an Uber ride at no additional charge to pick up my vehicle. The entire process was seamless and easy!! Thank you Steven for making my experience exceptional and worry free!! More
