I would STRONGLY recommend against buying a vehicle from this group. They call after we took possession of the vehicle and said they need a cosigner (similar to a yo-yo agreement) I refused to co-sign and a this group. They refused and said "the loan was fully executable". within the two days of driving, I realized some of the things JEEP has done to cheapen their vehicle. They eliminated the Homelink garage door opener, so you need a manual opener, the passenger seat is like a box with fabric. If you want comfortable seats its an extra 5K, if you want bumper and side parking sensors it's another 5K on top of the first adder, but they include a bunch of other items you don't need. When I raised the concerns their only response was "this isn't like buying a pair of shoes where you get to return them after 3 days. If you want the lowest quality support, buy from LHM Riverdale, but don't forget to ask if they could include roll up windows, it will probably be a 5K adder. Last Jeep I will EVER own. More
Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. They said they did a 12 point inspection. However I just checked my oil life and it is saying only 39%. How long will you keep it for a simple oil change. These are not the first problems that we have had with your dealership. It's hard going without a car, and you don't have rental cars. The service rep told me that they would call me back after checking with the service department. Guess what she didn't call back. I did not find out what was going until the next afternoon when I called her. No customer service. I was sent a link to track my cars progress but this was Not updated. All it showed was the cars induction. More
I went in with a working radio head unit. I got my truck back with a bricked unit? I am very unhappy that I was not told about this and that a dealership is so bad that they can even do a sim I got my truck back with a bricked unit?
