The only thing they do, and Apparently, honestly, is the repair. I dropped my jeep off before going on Vacation for a week. My Jeep Wrangler had 3/4 tank gas, carefully noted, and had 70,050 ish mileage. W repair. I dropped my jeep off before going on Vacation for a week. My Jeep Wrangler had 3/4 tank gas, carefully noted, and had 70,050 ish mileage. When picking up my repaired Jeep, it had 1/4 tank gasoline and 70,110 ish miles on it. No one explained that my Jeep would need to be taken on an extensive "test drive" nor need to Use 1/2 tank of my gas. I called the General Mgr., "Mike," who reassured he'd try to make it right, but what he did was hand it to the Service Dept. Mgr, Wesley, who returned my call telling me he was "suspicious" of my report, basically accusing ME of Lying about it ( am NOT LYING ABOUT THIS INCIDENT) and deflected the Bad, Dishonest, Unethical behavior of his department by accusing me back. These allegations are Not Lies. It is the absolute Truth. This dealership is now 100% DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and DEFLECTIVE of what They themselves committed, namingly, Stealing my gasoline, taking my Jeep unethically for a joy ride knowing my Jeep would be there a week while I was out of town, with the Service Dept. Manager deflecting responsibility, stating, "It's not customary for us to do that." Yet, he would not look into his staff to find out who drove my jeep around using 1/2 tank of my gas, not replacing it. While they have done repairs of tire, and repaired my ABS light adequately, the rest about them is DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEEP THERE. More
If I could give 0 stars, I would! ! My experience with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. Communication was a major issue, forcing me to escalate my concerns to the regi ! My experience with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. Communication was a major issue, forcing me to escalate my concerns to the regional manager just to get answers. It's mind-boggling that it took a painstaking 4 months to have my Jeep serviced. During this time, I was left without a car to drive, received very little updates and their voicemail was consistently full. The unprofessional behavior from staff, especially Kristyn, was unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is that neither Jud nor the general manager bothered to respond to my numerous attempts to seek assistance. Once the vehicle was done being serviced, I sold the vehicle back to them. Big mistake. I signed all the paperwork and finished everything on my end. I thought everything was good and that we were all set. Then for over 3 weeks, I was being contacted by the loan company saying debt collectors would be calling me soon and that my account was not closed. No one at the dealership responded to me and I had to contact the regional manager to get this resolved. I couldn’t wait for this to be over and hope that this never happens to anyone else here. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive needs; this place is a disappointment. More
If I could leave a 0 review as a rating I would. This service department and service manager and general manager apparently do not exist. We have called and called since May! (It is now July) no one This service department and service manager and general manager apparently do not exist. We have called and called since May! (It is now July) no one will return calls we are now going to try a corporate manager and see if they will call back. Their diagnostic $180 was crap! Tried to charge my 83 year old mother over $1600 for her A/C that was not cooling stating that it also needed additional work that was almost $3000! Second opioid diagnostic cost half of this dealership $180 fee and showed the car was in good condition and the A/C only needed a recharge. It only cost $337 total!!! Do not trust this service department!! They will not even return our phone calls to refund my 83 year old mother's $180!!!! HORRIBLE! More
I brought a new 2023 Jeep in for the oil change and window tint and t and I was called and they told me they left the window open all night during a severe storm and their was water damage in a new 202 window tint and t and I was called and they told me they left the window open all night during a severe storm and their was water damage in a new 2023 Jeep and all they did was turn the heat up to dry the top off , I do not want this vehicle back. I feel problems will occur in the near future and I am concerned about mold forming in the vehicle. I am also concerned about the near future when we try to sell the vehicle. I am sure that no one will purchase this vehicle due to the water damage , the Dampness also can get into the workings of the dash LCD screens, computer systems, wiring, etc. in a new 2023 Jeep at 350 S Havana St Aurora, CO 80012 United States And now because of them after the left the new 2023 Jeep window open all night flooding with water , the air conditioning system is making loud noise on the drivers side and let me say this car was!!! Brand new and now I am left with a damaged Jeep and they burn something on my dash if they will do this to me what have they done to your Jeep They won’t fix the damage they caused and blocked my email because, they ruined a 2023 Jeep I am taking this to court asap this treatment is uncalled for I have never been treated like we are in the 1500s ever , how many other new jeeps has this happen to ??? Every time I have had to take my car into this dealership there has been a problem or some sort of inconvenience. The lack of communication alone is sad and disappointing. I will not be bringing my car back here. If you have to service your vehicle, use another Jeep dealership. If I could give them zero stars, I would. More
Carrie is so rude and doesn’t care about customers and their needs. My vehicle has been in the shop for a week and I was “guaranteed” 2-3 days. Stay away! Drive to another Jeep store and save yourself the their needs. My vehicle has been in the shop for a week and I was “guaranteed” 2-3 days. Stay away! Drive to another Jeep store and save yourself the migraine of dealing with Carrie and her attitude. Additionally, the director of the store doesn’t reply to inquiries either so don’t waste your time there either. Absolute zoo, this place. More
I had a routine oil change and tire rotation done at this dealership just a few weeks ago. I'm a healthcare worker, and on my way to work the very next day, MY ENTIRE LEFT REAR WHEEL FELL OFF while driving dealership just a few weeks ago. I'm a healthcare worker, and on my way to work the very next day, MY ENTIRE LEFT REAR WHEEL FELL OFF while driving about 50 MPH down a busy highway in 8AM traffic. It flew across two lanes of oncoming highway traffic and bounced into a field. My other right rear wheel was ABOUT to fall off as well, wobbling as I pulled over. I called the dealership immediately and the only thing they did was give me a number I could call myself for a tow truck. I was left shaking and stranded having to walk to the hospital in the middle of November with snow on the ground. I did not receive one single call from a manager or supervisor on the day of the accident. Not one. The manager, Tom, showed no sympathy when I was returned my Jeep weeks later. It was a complete nightmare and someone could have been killed. I would NOT recommend getting your Jeep serviced at this dealership if you want to feel safe on the road. More
I’ve been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Larry H. Miller Jeep for over 5 years now (since 2018) and I’ve always had a great experience with their service team, including from their service manager, T Miller Jeep for over 5 years now (since 2018) and I’ve always had a great experience with their service team, including from their service manager, Tom Rogers. Prior to discovery Larry H. Miller Jeep, I had a less than stellar experience at another dealership which is much closer to my house but I’ll drive the extra distance to LHM to feel confident they will take care of my car appropriately and will provide honest advice on what work needs to be done on my car.
