Our records indicate we did a 5-mile quality control test drive after the repair was complete. However, as I want every guest to be delighted with every facet of their Colorado Jeep experience, please bring your vehicle into the dealership with an empty tank, and I'll fill it with gasoline and get it fully detailed for you as well. Thank you for your response. No, thank you. My concern is about the integrity of your dealership, which does not seem to be there for some of your staff. I'm less concerned about your filling the gas tank than addressing your dishonest techs or staff or whoever took the liberty to drive my jeep, using my gas, putting 50 plus (or more, likely, due to the use of the gas -1/2 tank and denying so). You stated emphatically that you would "get to the bottom of this," but you did not do that. You still have not even addressed the greatest concern here! Your dealership will offend others in the same way; it's not all just about me; it's about the public and Jeep owners you serve. SHAME on this Dealership. I want nothing more to do with this dealership.

I’ve tried calling every day since Thursday and not one person has answered the phone. I have a Chrysler corporate case open like Carrie told me to do so they will be in contact.
