My vehicle was damaged after service! Brought in my 2015 Jeep wrangler for a radiator replacement and when I got it back my windshield was BROKEN!!! Service manager said I had a previous " Brought in my 2015 Jeep wrangler for a radiator replacement and when I got it back my windshield was BROKEN!!! Service manager said I had a previous "rock strike" and the dealership was not responsible. I know I can't prove that they did the damage....but something just does not smell right to me. I've had not problems with the windshield previously. I saw the service rep and service manager talking over the situation before they came out to tell me the damage wasn't their fault. They then proceeded to offer me a "good deal" on a replacement windshield. In my personal opinion..I do not trust this service department and I will not be back!. More
