I arrived for an oil change. On the website it clearly notes that no appointment is necessary. Shockingly, I was rudely told by two advisors that they have not accepted walk-ins for months. And, they aren't responsible for what is posted on the website. What? I called Tom Rogers, Service Manager, to ask. He returned my call, apologized, and told me that I should contact him personally, which I've been trying to do. My last attempt was a website submission email on December 10th. Such a shame. I hope that my faith in this dealership may be somehow restored - and I could be confident and glad to reverse my recommendation. More

Kristyn Sullivan was our Sales person and She was super. She helped us purchase the Vehicle we wanted and there was absolutely no pressure to buy at all. The Finance Manager Marina was super as well. She treated us with respect and smiled every step of the way. She even smiled when my Service Dog "Tank" gassed her office. It was actually a pleasure doing business there. We will be back for our next Jeep. More
