I wasn't on the schedule even though I had an email confirming my appointment. They had my car a week told me it was one thing and then said it wasn't doing what it was doing so therefore nothing was w confirming my appointment. Just A Basic Oil Change I recently took my vehicle for a basic oil Change, during My day off, It was supposed to be a quick process in and out, perhaps less than 1 hour I tho I recently took my vehicle for a basic oil Change, during My day off, It was supposed to be a quick process in and out, perhaps less than 1 hour I thought with that many ppl in the front desk, I also notice A particular Individual behind the Service Advisor desk with a laptop and taking notes from the advisers, I had a feeling he was from CC or some type of supervisor. We waiting patiently for over 1 hour and nothing, another 30 minutes go by and nothing? At this point, I was very irritated I ask the Service Adviser, How long more before the oil change was done? He looks at his computer and goes to the back, to my surprise the car is still up in the air nothing was done yet? I had to wait another hour before Service was completed. I had an appointment for my vehicle and yet I had to wait for 02:45 before the Oil Change was finally done. They need someone to supervise the repair time for the Customers, especially if is just a basic oil change. More
Argumentative Service Writer I had an appointment to have my transmission check for bad shifting, I also want to have my brakes checked and while the car was in for service I want I had an appointment to have my transmission check for bad shifting, I also want to have my brakes checked and while the car was in for service I wanted a oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for my 10:00 am appointment I was told immediately that the transmission was normal. When I told Rob that I've been driving this car for 5 years and it's not normal he seemed to get annoyed. When I told him that I was concerned about my brake pads getting thin he said we will check those during our 5 point inspection. At first he told me that my 5 year warranty was about to expire I corrected him that I have 7/70000 Max Care service contract, again he seemed annoyed and shoveled through the paperwork and said that I had both (BS). When I told him that my Max Care service contract provided for a rental car again he argued briefly but set up a rental car and called UBER for a ride to Enterprise. When I got to Enterprise they told me that Rob setup the car at the Centennial office not the one he sent me to on Havana. I had to wait about a half hour for a car. I didn't hear from Rob until 4:00, 6 hours later and he said that they just flashed my transmission and that there was a known issue that the flash was supposed to fix and they still have to do my oil change and tire rotation. When I was finally notified that my car was ready Rob was nowhere to be found and the person that was helping me said that I had declined a repair. He said that I was sent a text message regarding my cabin air filter and that I had declined to have it replaced. When I showed him my phone and the only text message from Rob was when I arrived he said that the filter wasn't bad enough to be replace and got angry when I wanted an explanation (I was with a friend who also noticed this anger). Since then I tried to reply to Rob's text message I received when I checked in the car to let him know that I would not have refused a new cabin air filter as I suffer from pulmonary fibrosis and Emphysema and need to keep air filters clean. HE NEVER REPLIED TO MY TEXT MESSAGE! I also never was told about the condition of my brake pads. More

For an oil change and tire rotation, they seemed to miss the mark. Forgot to put my wheel lock back in Which I had to go back for and i asked to make sure that my tires pressure were set correctly. I also had them recheck the tire pressure were correct because they were low but they said that they were correct because the need to reset and the next day I’m still 3 psi below where i should be and that is where I was when I brought it in. You have wonder if they can’t get a basic service things like tire pressure correct how quality of a place can this be. Also was told up to an 1 hr and 20 minutes for the oil change. I went and asked about when it would be done after 1 hr 40 minutes and my jeep had already been done (who knows how long) but no one told me. Do better and don’t waste my time with things that should be easy. More
horrible dealership i bought a car from this dealership less then one year ago was the worst thing i could have ever done we was told the car was in safe driving con i bought a car from this dealership less then one year ago was the worst thing i could have ever done we was told the car was in safe driving conditions and clearly was not we got so many different letters on recalls on the car and needed to bring it into the main ford dealership to fix the issues but the problems was far worse then expected my breaks went out on my truck while driving with my kids in the car we had an another appointment with ford for recalls on my car so we wanted a diagnostics to see why my breaks went on my truck it came back that the breaks was installed incorrectly from larry h miller please be mindful that we tried contacting larry h miller many times and no call back finally tom rogers called me back and stated there was nothing they can do because we had ford do the repairs who was one the letters told us to bring my truck to for the recalls this company is frauds they was not willing to make right by the customer there service department is installing breaks incorrectly that is not safe and i left a review on there main page and it was removed they don"t want the public to see there careless mistake that could have cost my life do not buy a car from this dealership ...................................................................
