Service as expected I took my Grand Cherokee in for some engine ticking noise that was getting worse. At first, the service reps said it was a normal engine noise, but af I took my Grand Cherokee in for some engine ticking noise that was getting worse. At first, the service reps said it was a normal engine noise, but after a little persistence they said they’d have a tech listen to it while I was there. It turned out to be a faulty idler pulley that they repaired under MOPAR warranty, no questions asked. It was returned repaired and in good condition. No complaints. More

Nice job! I had an appointment for an oil change and when I showed up I asked if they could also do they transmission fluid change.
