Very poor customer service 4 months ago it was an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. I thought this was bad,this time 2 hours total.They did do ? a multipoint ins 4 months ago it was an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. I thought this was bad,this time 2 hours total.They did do ? a multipoint inspection,first time since lhm took over I think. But still 2 hours???Way too long in my opinion and I have history in auto service although quite some time ago.i have 1 oil change left on my account after that I will find a different service facility. Complaint LHM service Department Took 2018 Jeep Rubicon to LHM service Department on Aug 19 for shifting gear issues.When I would start the Jeep up it would slam into drive and also i Took 2018 Jeep Rubicon to LHM service Department on Aug 19 for shifting gear issues.When I would start the Jeep up it would slam into drive and also into reverse. I also had shifting issues with speed from 30 mph and up it was not accelerating and would hold at that speed. The tab on my rear defrost had come off window. I was also hearing a rattling grinding noise. I was told there was a recall on the damper steering wheel and that would be changed while the vehicle was there. I was asked by my service advisor Sharon if I needed a ride while they work on my Jeep . I told her that I would need a loaner she said Mopar does not offer loans. But upon checking my account she seen I was signed up with Jeep Wave program so I qualified for a rental. I got a call that evening and was told they would have to keep my Jeep over night and do a cold crank the next day. I got a call from the service tech who asked me questions about my concerns because the tech that was working on my vehicle was gone and was not able to find the issue I had spoke about. I didn’t hear anything after that so I text LHM on Aug 23 to see what the status was. I got a text back that tech had wrapped up this am and I could come pick up anytime today. I asked if they could go ahead and use one of my free oil changes and also what was wrong with my Jeep. I got a reply back that technician did updates on TCM and PCM.But he was not able to duplicate my concerns only thing he found was updates needed.Sharon called me that same day and said the oil change was done and I could pick up my Jeep I was working so I picked it up next day.Upon looking over my Jeep my Husband noticed the rear defroster was not fixed.Sharon was not in so I was told she would call me when the window came in to fix the defrost.While driving on highway at speed of 70 and up my Jeep started vibrating it had never done this before.My husband checked it out and notice that the tires had been rotated and had a lot of wear on them.The tires where different from when we had taken the vehicle in to LHM for the repairs. I received a text about how there service was . I advised that the job was not complete.I never got a call about the rear window defrost and when I should bring it back in to get that fixed.I called LHM and asked for service manager I spoke to Tom Rodgers and told him I never got a follow up call about the rear defrost and told him about my tires and the vibration. He put me on hold and said we will have the part in for the window in a few days and could schedule me appointment. I got a call from Sharon to schedule an appointment and told her I needed to have a loaner vehicle.Because I run a trucking business and have to be able to have transportation. Again she said they don’t have loaner vehicle and and I asked her to have Tom call me . I waited a day and no call so I called him.He told me he had a car for me when I come in and drop my Jeep off on Sept 11 and I did have a loaner that day. Later that day got a call from Sharon that my Jeep was ready and they rotated the tires again and balanced the tires and the tech test drove the Jeep and there was no more vibration. So the defrost was fix there was no new window put in they solder the tab back on the window using the existing part that was there .So I was lied to all that time and waiting for what .What was the reason it was not done in the beginning when they had my Jeep for four days. So about those tires they where never addressed so I called Tom again this time he got defensive and told me they did a tire rotation when they did the oil change. I asked for his manager he gave me the name I asked for he number and he hung up on me .. I didn’t ask for a rotation it also says on my paperwork that they checked the tire dept and would give me a copy of this and go over it with me.Well I didn’t receive this information at all. So I spoke to his manager John Mathieson he told me to bring in my Jeep on Sept 27 .He looked at my tires and said they don’t carry bf Goodrich all terrain ko2 tires and told my husband that he was not going to have this conversation with him. My husband had to defuse the situation and explained to Tom and John that there where different balances on the tires and they all did not match.Also other facts about the tires and rotation.At the end of the conversation John said he would have Tom look over the dates of service on video to see if the tires where changed and get back to me. As of today I still have not got a call. I wasted a lot of time having to write this I’m so disappointed. More

Terrible. I hate coming here. I only go here because I have free lifetime oil changes from the previous owners. I asked to have my tires rotated. They weren I hate coming here. She said she could see what she could do and did nothing. I feel like they don't really care about their customers. They are just trying to make and take your money. However, I want to single out my salesman Monty Mani whom we found to be very professional and possessed a great working knowledge of his product. Most of all, Monty was a good listener and quickly grasped what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Monty to anyone looking for a very pleasant person to deal with. More
