The service was good. Wait was 3 hours long. But with all the remodel money spent you would of thought that you could of found some comfortable chairs to sit in. There were not enough easy chair But with all the remodel money spent you would of thought that you could of found some comfortable chairs to sit in. There were not enough easy chairs for all of the people that had to wait, my wife and I had to sit in the chairs at the tables int show room. Hard seats ,no lumbar support, stiff top back pushing your back forward. I'm not in the market for a car now, but I wouldn't want to sit in those chairs waiting on salesmen to try to sell me a car. Hopefully the next time will back to normal and we can have a more relaxing time. More

Review for recent service, not every service visit Required indicator for oil change. Oil change with tire rotation service on Sat 7/20/19. Oil leaked from car Sunday. Indicator for oil change not rese Required indicator for oil change. Oil change with tire rotation service on Sat 7/20/19. Oil leaked from car Sunday. Indicator for oil change not reset. This required a return trip on Monday, 7/22, 1.5 hours away from work to correct the oil plug not tightened and the indicator reset. It always required that I check the oil on Sunday multiple times and purchase oil if the amount became low. I have had good experiences with this dealer service, the service tech that checks the vehicle in both days were most exceptional. The tech that did the labor failed on this and caused the outstanding issues that took time to correct. More
