One of the worst/weirdest experiences I have leased two cars from this Jeep dealer, but this will be my last. Had one of the weirdest experiences ever where our Sales Rep was actually fir I have leased two cars from this Jeep dealer, but this will be my last. Had one of the weirdest experiences ever where our Sales Rep was actually fired while we were in the middle of negotiations. Things were lost in this shake up and they ended up charges us for window tinting and other services we did not agree to. Contacted the manager and said they would send us a refund. After several weeks of calling they told us that they would no longer honor that and we would just have to come in to get the tint. They have since not responded to an email or returned a phone call. There are plenty of other honest and nicer dealerships in the area. I would not recommend giving Larry Miller your money. More

extremely poor service My car has 3 recalls. I turned in to get fix and It was at the jeep lot for a full 8 days. I got it back and noticed that the car doors do not lock an My car has 3 recalls. I turned in to get fix and It was at the jeep lot for a full 8 days. I got it back and noticed that the car doors do not lock anymore while driving or parked. I came back the next day and Travis schedule me for another week. When I waited for a full week again, I came 10 minutes before my appointment but nobody acknowledge me for 15 minutes. I told the service manager that I need to go to work at 10 am. it was 8:35a. He said we will do our best. I asked again if they do a complete check up when they work on the car. The service manager very rude just said we do but not on used car. I said my car is 95,000miles and I bought it here 3 years ago. he walked away and do the inspection, then took the car until 10 o'clock then came back gave me the key and told me we cannot fix it without calling Chrysler. I waited whole day then he called me when the shop is about to close and said the sale manager declined to fix it. It is on your responsibility to fix the TIPM. More

Oil change and check up I had appt. they were on time; courteous; quick; they discussed the one thing that I wanted replaced and it’s cost before they performed the work.
