Oil change I just came in for an oil change and it was fine - at least they had my appointment this time. Apparently this dealership only does oil changes on Sa I just came in for an oil change and it was fine - at least they had my appointment this time. Apparently this dealership only does oil changes on Saturdays, not other car repairs/maintenance. I have some things that I need to have looked at, but guess I will have to take my car to another dealership as I work during the week and not able to take it in except on Saturdays. More

new car purchase I got on line looking for a new car for my wife, the salesman, Jaime Alonso, was the first to call me back. When I came in to the dealership I was gre I got on line looking for a new car for my wife, the salesman, Jaime Alonso, was the first to call me back. When I came in to the dealership I was greeted by another salesman, I told him I had spoken to Jaime and he was eager to find him for me not try to take over. Jaime was great. I was buying a 2018 Chrysler 300 as a surprise to my wife. he did everything in his power to help make that happen. When I brought my wife in to pick up the car, three days later per my request, he had it sitting right up front detailed, lights on, and a big red bow right on the hood, could not have been more perfect! Thank you! More

Taking care of customers I have a long term relationship with Pete now! He jumped through flaming hoops for me when my insurance company kept screwing up.
