Made things right I leased a jeep a year ago. There was a problem with it traveling through the mountains. The service department was unable to fix the problem. While t I leased a jeep a year ago. While the tech was trying to duplicate the problem he got in a minor accident in my jeep. The service department was going to send me an estimate for the body damage. After getting it that corrected, I set up an appointment with the sercice manager. Upon my arrival for the appointment, i found out he was going to be 30 min late. I went in and spoke witj the GM and explained my issues with the service department. The GM eas able to get me out of that jeep and into another one. More
