Don't trust them when it comes to a used vehicle. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Aveo in Aug. 2017. It needed a replacement part which I did not know about until a few weeks later. They did not call me t I purchased a 2011 Chevy Aveo in Aug. 2017. It needed a replacement part which I did not know about until a few weeks later. They did not call me to tell me about it or that the part was in and ready to be installed. In October I noticed the right front tire was loosing pressure. Thinking it was probably a valve stem I stopped in to a Big O Tire store to have it taken care of. I also asked them to check the front brakes as they were constantly squeaking when I used them. The dealership assured me the noise would go away, to just five it a little time. The mechanic at Big O check the tire over for leaks. He could find none. What he did find however was a bent rim that was causing the leak on the inside of the tire where it could not be seen. I couldn't believe it. A dealership sold me an unsafe car!! Buyer beware indeed. I will never buy a car from them again. More
