I feel that my precious Jeep is in great hands with Ericka and her co-workers. I will tell all of my friends at my workplace that I have found the perfect place to have all of our Jeeps serviced. I work at a company where many people purchased their Jeeps from the previous owner of Colorado Chrysler Jeep. I will also refer my friends to Ericka. I understand her co-worker Mandy? is also great. Wonderful. Joe Derek called and gave updates on my car. Joe Derek called and gave updates on my car during this process. My Durango got the "Hail Storm of 2017" and damage was in the $13,000. range. Service Appointment I scheduled a two o'clock appointment for my Jeep to be looked at because I was informed that I had a power steering leak. The reason I made the appoi I scheduled a two o'clock appointment for my Jeep to be looked at because I was informed that I had a power steering leak. The reason I made the appointment so promptly was because Colorado Chrysler Jeep replaced my power steering rack and pinyon about a month prior. Since this should be covered if it needed to be fixed again I made an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off around 1:30pm for my 2pm appointment. I asked about a loaner vehicle because I had no form of transportation, but there were none available. I found a ride back to my residence to wait for a phone call on the diagnosis of my vehicle. At around 5:15pm. I called in to service and after being disconnected from the line twice and on hold for 15 minutes, I was finally able to reach someone. They informed me that they had not looked at my car in the 3 and a half hours it had been sitting at the dealership. I asked if it was going to be looked at today and I was told that they close at six so they wouldn't be able to look at it today. The reason I made an appointment was because I work Monday thru Friday and it is difficult to fit this into my schedule. I took of work early in order to be able to drop my car off for the 2 o'clock appointment. Since I did not have a loaner vehicle I was forced to go pick up my vehicle without it being looked at because I needed a way to get to work the next day. I do not understand the point in making an appointment if they do not look at it in 3 and a half hours while it sat there. It was a major inconvenience and I am still afraid I had this leak in my power steering system and it should be covered by the service department because they replaced it very recently. More
