Better communication I dealt with Mike Solaas at Larry h Miller,and overall I'm pleased, but it could've been better. While he was very friendly, Mike frequently told me w I dealt with Mike Solaas at Larry h Miller,and overall I'm pleased, but it could've been better. While he was very friendly, Mike frequently told me what I wanted to hear, instead of what the facts were. I went to pick the truck up 3 times when he said it was ready, only to have some manager or other person higher above him give me some reason it wasn't. I ended up getting the truck after a week of waiting and travelling back and forth, but it would've been easier to just have Mike ask his manager for details, and tell me to wait a week, instead of what happened. Overall though everyone was very helpful and friendly More
