Easy online scheduling for service. Service Advisor Rodriguez was very helpful and understanding. In addition to needed repairs, Mr. Rodriguez discovered not all the 60K maintenance w Service Advisor Rodriguez was very helpful and understanding. In addition to needed repairs, Mr. Rodriguez discovered not all the 60K maintenance was done previously at a different dealership. I appreciate the care and courtesy taken with my vehicle, and the spaciousness of the waiting area. However the wait time was pretty long. Technology options that let customers see projections of wait times based on appointment booking, or prioritizing customers that make an appointment vs walk up would be appreciated. More

I took my truck in for an estimate. Took days for them to even look at it. Then once they did, I approved additional 2 hours of diagnostic same day. A week went by and still didn’t hear Took days for them to even look at it. Then once they did, I approved additional 2 hours of diagnostic same day. A week went by and still didn’t hear an update. I would call mark Allen and it would ring and ring with nobody answers. When someone would answer, they said “ok we will let them know” and still didn’t hear anything. Finally I called again and just stayed on hold until he answered. I was on hold for 55 minutes. Take your business elsewhere. More
