An example of how all dealers should be!!!! This was my fist experience with Avondale Dodge. After putting our a handful of requests to different dealers and getting basically the same response This was my fist experience with Avondale Dodge. After putting our a handful of requests to different dealers and getting basically the same response of "Just come down" and "what is it going to take to get the deal done" I saw that they all wanted the same thing as usual. A speedy no caring sale, that is when Johnathon reached out to me not with pushy sales slogans or vague emails. He just started asking about what truck I wanted and truly wanted to see what I was looking for to give the best possible answers possible. After deciding he was the one who earned my business with the care, concern and level of customer service all dealerships should have. He continued to contently keep me updated on the model I was looking for never hesitating to call email and send videos of the stock they currently had or anything new that just came in. His level of communication was outstanding and when we moved on to the finance side of the deal is where I was able to meet Adnane who is a very nice employee who great to deal with. I also had a lot of time with Justin Rathbun who is another great example of what customer service and customer relationship building should be. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of no matter what was going on or how many questions I had for him regarding the sale of the truck. I know being the finance Director is a very busy position but he never left me guessing and it was more like a one on one experience. All and all this was a great and I live an hour and a half away from this dealership but I will be sure to return to give my business moving forward and recommend anyone this dealer. More

Great Buying Experience, I'll be back! I bought my (then new) truck last September from Kris and it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. No high-pressure sales tactic I bought my (then new) truck last September from Kris and it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. No high-pressure sales tactics, no dogging me out the door, none of that. Kris was able to answer my questions, showed me some vehicles similar to what I was looking for, then actually let me leave with the dealer's best price to think it over. I'm no spring chicken and that has NEVER happened before! I was able to look at my expenses, talk to the boss, and make an informed decision on my timeline, not the dealers. I'll definately be buying my next vehicle here. More
