Very poor service. Was told my tk would be seen within 2-3 days. Rented a vehicle. My tk sat for 1 week. Was promised call return and for two days never returned after Was told my tk would be seen within 2-3 days. Rented a vehicle. My tk sat for 1 week. Was promised call return and for two days never returned after leaving messages. Because of wording of service advisor extended warranty wouldn’t cover claim. Paid for diagnostic. Took my vehicle to All American & Imports off 39th Avenue & Southern Rd in Phoenix and got issue resolved for a fraction of dealership price and 2hours of labor. I was so so happy. Miguel & Abraham made my week better. Would recommend them instead of dealership. Best service do not take your vehicle to dealership cause you’re just a # poor service. More

Left the truck with the dealer for over a week and was never looked at, called many times Friday and Saturday 9/6 and 9/7. Also sent an email to Donny early Saturday afternoon 9/6 and did not get a hold o never looked at, called many times Friday and Saturday 9/6 and 9/7. Also sent an email to Donny early Saturday afternoon 9/6 and did not get a hold of anyone in service department until Monday at 730 am 9/8. We will not be sending any fleet vehicles to this dealer again. More
