Not happy with the kind of customer service. I received this time I don’t remember the gentleman’s name. I think it was Derek the one that helped me with my oil change. He seemed a little bit an I received this time I don’t remember the gentleman’s name. I think it was Derek the one that helped me with my oil change. He seemed a little bit annoyed when he came out of the office He assumed I knew what kind of oil was put in my car and didn’t say let me check on that for you. He was just being kind of sassy. I also showed him a picture of a band or belt that was going bad on the car and he automatically shook his head and said no it’s not covered I said so just by looking at the picture you can tell me it’s not covered? He said well I can tell you right now anything that is breaks, belts etc… it’s not covered, but he just seem very bothered. Not helpful at all. when my car was done being serviced and came out of the car wash, he stuck still took a while to come and give me the paperwork best believe next time I will be requesting someone who is courteous and helpful. We were advised that our Service Advisor George was no longer working at Larry H Miller Chrysler. My wife and I were a little upset since George would always treat my wife with the upmost respect. But yes longer working at Larry H Miller Chrysler. My wife and I were a little upset since George would always treat my wife with the upmost respect. But yesterday Larry H Miller Chrysler did an outstanding job with providing us with a new Service Advisor, Mr. Devon, now you could talk about Class and respect. He has both.
