Professional handling of my vehicle! I was very pleased with the service department at Larry Miller. Zach took care of me and was excellent! He told me he would call me back and give me any update on my Jeep Wrangler and he responded and explained the work that needed to be done. He again told me when he felt my vehicle would be ready and it was right on the mark and he called me to tell me it was ready. He went over what had to be done and made me feel very good knowing it was fixed and ready to hit the road. He also told me to call him if I have any questions or if anything else went wrong. He was very professional but yet caring and not in a hurry to get rid of me. I will definitely return here for any work I need done and I will purchase my next Jeep from Larry Miller. More

Service center review I have taken my truck here for years now and still have same issue. They do not pay any attention to your appointment time. I sat today from 10 am to 4:30. even though it was a 1 and half job. I had specificallyrequested they made sure they had my part and at 3 they said just got part. I also came for my oil and rear brakes before my 3200 mile trip, requested check tires. On my trip a gas station warned me , my tires were 2008!! More

MY WIFE AND i WERE SEATED AND OUR NAME WAS CALLED BY A GUY NAMED BYRAN AND SAID IT WILL BE ABOUT FIVE HRS TO LOOK AT IT. I SAID WHAT IS THE SENSE OF MAKING A APPT.
