Recently, I took my vehicle for a “one day repair”, all cosmetic. My original appointment was for Friday the 3rd but was told I could take my vehicle in the day prior if needed. When I arrived on Thursday, cosmetic. My original appointment was for Friday the 3rd but was told I could take my vehicle in the day prior if needed. When I arrived on Thursday, and informed them my appointment was for Friday at 7am, they had me wait for an hour to have someone check me in. I was not prioritized due to my appointment being the next day. So I left and rescheduled my appointment for Monday at 4pm & was okay with not having my vehicle until Tuesday afternoon. However, what was supposed to take one day took the entire week. David, who was the advisor in charge of my service, informed me that the part ordered did not fit my car and they there would be a delay. He never offered me a rental for the inconvenience or any other solution than “we can Uber you here to pick up your car and then when the part arrives we can Uber you back” neglecting the fact that I do not have the time to be going back and forth over a mistake that was not my fault. I thankfully found a car to use for the time being. David promised my car would be done Thursday. On Thursday, I spent the entire day waiting for an update on my vehicle, it wasn’t until I reached out that I was informed the part had not arrived and my car would again be delayed… I gave it one more try. David guaranteed that the technician would have my car done the following day. Friday comes I receive a call at 1:30, while I’m working, that there is an update and to call him back. When I called, David informed me that the technician working on my vehicle did not show up and they were “slammed” and no one else was able to work on my vehicle. After having my car the entire week, I finally refused the service and picked up my vehicle. There was no empathy from David or consideration at how this affected me. Had it not been for me having a car to use, how would I have gotten to work? Going back and forth to pick up my car and drop it off was his solution. Disregarding that I have work and other responsibilities to attend to and do not have all the time in the world to be going there and back as many times as they messed up. This would not have been as big of an issue had he taken ownership of this mess up and offered an actual solution other than “Uber”.. super frustrating and honestly this makes me not want to return to this location for future services. More

I am absolutely appalled by the gross negligence, incompetence, and complete Miller Dodge Ram Tucson ⭐ 1 Star (If I could give zero, I would.) I am absolutely appalled by the gross negligence, incompetence, and complete lack of accountability displayed by Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson. My experience with their service department has not only resulted in severe vehicle damage and financial loss, but I was also injured due to their negligence, which led to a catastrophic brake failure. Their failure to properly diagnose and repair my truck put my safety at risk and has caused lasting financial and physical consequences. I brought my 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel into their service department for suspension repairs about a year ago (not quite a year). At that time, they performed suspension work on my truck but never once mentioned any concerns about zip ties being used on my suspension. If improper zip ties were truly an issue, they would have absolutely noticed this when working on my vehicle. However, they never brought it to my attention, never recommended a fix, and never warned me that it was unsafe. It was only after my brakes catastrophically failed—an issue they previously failed to diagnose—that they suddenly tried to shift the blame onto these zip ties. Now, in a desperate attempt to avoid taking responsibility for their incompetence, they are falsely claiming that zip ties on my suspension caused my brake failure. This is clearly not the case—they are simply trying to cover up their failure to properly diagnose my brakes when my truck was originally in their service department. Their negligence led to my brakes locking up, further damaging my vehicle, damaging my suspension, and causing me bodily injury. Due to their inability to properly diagnose my brake issues, I was involved in an incident where my brakes completely locked up, which forced me to go to the VA hospital emergency room and now requires ongoing medical treatment. This has directly impacted my ability to work, as I am in construction and rely on my truck for daily operations. Customers Beware: Negligence and Zero Accountability This dealership has demonstrated clear negligence, misrepresentation, and unethical business practices. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they blame the customer, refuse to properly diagnose issues, and put drivers back on the road in unsafe vehicles. • They have failed to properly repair my truck. • They have repeatedly refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. • They have falsely accused me of causing the damage myself. • They have ignored glaring safety issues and sent me back on the road in an unsafe vehicle. • They have yet to provide a real diagnosis of my brake failure. I Am Taking Action—And I Urge Others to Do the Same At this time, I am covering all out-of-pocket expenses for repairs, towing, and medical costs caused by their incompetence. I will be seeking full reimbursement and compensation. I have already reported this dealership to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Arizona Federal Trade Commission and have begun reaching out to other regulatory agencies including: • Arizona Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division • Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) - Dealer Licensing and Investigations • National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Consumer Protection Bureau • Southern Arizona Veterans Legal Aid Additionally, I am currently in the process of attempting to work with local media, including KGUN9 News, to expose these unsafe practices to the public.
