I was satisfied that the work was done properly and my original service manager Aaron was excellent but when my van was done being repaired he was not working that day. The service agent Pete at the next desk texted me the morning it was done but when I replied that I needed a Lyft ride from my home to the dealership to get my van, he never responded. After waiting four hours for a reply, I was able to get a neighbor to take me to the dealership. Aaron was great the day I left my van to be serviced. He arranged a Lyft driver to take me home and he said I could request one to get back to pick up my vehicle but Pete couldn’t be bothered. More
