Scheduled service appointment 5 days prior. Received 4 text messages one each for the past 4 days reminding me of appointment. When I get to appointment Service Dept says they don't see any appointment scheduled! That is poor customer service, and something isn't working right there! They knew my car make model and service to be done, and should have had all parts needed on hand, but no they had none! What should have taken them one hour total service ended up taking 6 hours! Poor shop procedures and management! More
