I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas F. , I recently brought in my truck I had purchased from another dealer on a Wednesday. Nick told me he would contact me by Friday and update me with any issues they found and he did just that. He provided timely/quality communication throughout the service visit and even explained why the issue happened regardless of being a simple fix as well as providing additional quote items that were asked for.
