My experience with Larry Miller Dodge mgr Josh went above & beyond with an issue I had with Discount Tire and one of their tech’s had not put back the key to the locks on my wheels and I needed new tires and & beyond with an issue I had with Discount Tire and one of their tech’s had not put back the key to the locks on my wheels and I needed new tires and they would not cut off the locks . I was told I would have to go to the dealership to have them removed. Josh took care of me and had the locks removed without braking my wheels and the service was done professionally and quickly. They offer us the stars and the moon to make the sale, and the signing of documents they changed the documentation from the business info to our personal info and even used a wrong address, when we ask them to correct this issue they refused saying it was not possible. We picked up the vehicle at night and next morning we noticed that the paint was full of swirls like scratches from a dirty cloth. We received a customer satisfaction survey and we fill it out with our most honest thoughts, the next day I received a phone call from Bruce Weiss, he was very upset for the survey and was demanding and explanation of why we put such a low score, he never asked us what could be done to improve, it was extremely uncomfortable. Also at the time of the sale, the salesman told us that the manager offered a complementary detail at the time of our first oil change, so we took the vehicle for the first oil change and requested the wash/detail that was offered at the sale, about 3 hours later I received another call from Bruce Weiss saying that we would not receive the promised detail and he asked Why did you made a bad survey, implying that because of the survey the dealership would not hold their word. We do not recommend Dodge/Ram Larry Miller in Peoria AZ. We would like to get a courtesy call from Larry Miller Corporate or the District manager. More
