First off I don't like leaving reviews, there are always 2 sides. My side is our experience was very stressful, it took over a month to get financed, (our issues) We had a trade in that also took over a mon 2 sides. My side is our experience was very stressful, it took over a month to get financed, (our issues) We had a trade in that also took over a month to be paid off.(still waiting) Numerous calls to Bruce and from Bruce and our Salesman Rodney, who are both very nice. Today after calling again to find out our funding finally went through after getting threating phone calls from our bank where our trade in was waiting for answers. Overall I hope I never have to go through this process again. Bruce is very friendly and was helpful. Im glad it's over. More

Saturday, 6/27/20, we went into the dealership. They didn’t have the vehicle we wanted but said they could find one to match what we wanted. We went on the website to build one with our salesman, Rami. After putting together a truck we wanted a manager said he found one to meet our needs. We got an offer on our trade in and signed all the paper work for the new purchase. We were told that the truck would be here, Monday, 6/29/20 or Tuesday at the latest. 2. Monday 6/29/20, we start calling the dealership to find out what’s happening with the truck. After several calls we were told by one of the managers that it won’t be available until Wednesday at the earliest. Again after several calls and stating that is not what we were told. We were told they can’t pick up the vehicle because of COVID issues. We were told the vehicle was in El Mirage but COVID precautions prevent them from picking up the vehicle. We were later told, that EL Mirage didn’t want to give up the vehicle and it was unavailable. (So we were lied to about not being able to pick up the vehicle due to COVID.) 3. Tuesday, 6/30/20, I (Angelo) went in and they supposedly found another vehicle at a dealership in Tucson and although it isn’t exactly what the first vehicle was, they were going to add those items to make it as close as possible. Tuesday we signed paperwork again and were told that Rami was driving to Tucson in the Morning, Wednesday, 7/1/20 to get the vehicle. 4. Wednesday, 7/1/20, we hadn’t heard anything by early afternoon so I text Rami to find out if he picked up the vehicle. He told me that he was told not to go that morning. Again, no call to us by anyone. Again, I have to make several calls to find out what is happening. I spoke with several people including the GM (Joel) and were told Tucson didn’t want to give up the vehicle and managers arguing over keeping the vehicle. 5. Wednesday, 7/1/20, our downpayment check for 25,000 cleared our bank. You have our vehicle trade in and we have no vehicle. 6. Thursday, 7/2/20, We’re told they have another truck, Joel and Thad said they could convert it to a Night Edition, this one is in Los Angeles and Rami is driving to pick it up on Friday, 7/3/20. We told them we are not coming in to sign paperwork until the truck is at the Larry H Miller dealership. 7. Friday, 7/3/20, Rami confirms he has picked the truck up and its at the dealership (Larry H. Miller Peoria) 8. Tuesday, 7/7/20, we go in and sign the paperwork for the 3rd time. Again they are guaranteeing that they will add the items to make it like the first/second truck(Night Editions) we agreed too. They said the timeline is about a week or so. Didn’t get the truck until 7/31/20. 9. Wednesday 7/15/20, checking with USAA to see if our trade in was paid off, but it hasn’t yet. During this week I had to re pick the wheels I wanted 3 times cause they were on backorder or not available. We’re told we can pick up the truck on Friday, 7/17/20, and bring it back in on Wednesday, 7/22/20, to have wheels installed. 10. Thursday, 7/16/20, told the truck is not done and we won’t be able to pick it up on Friday, they will have everything done by Wednesday, 7/22/20, again we started this ordeal on 6/27/20 11. Monday, 7/20/20, call USAA to find out if our trade in is paid off. Another payment is due end of the month and a week prior I received the payment coupons for the new truck purchase and payment is due 8/11/20, yet we don’t have our original truck and we don’t have the new purchased truck. We called the dealership and received emails from accounting that the check was sent and they would find out the date it was mailed 11. Tuesday, 7/21/20, am, we received emails and tracking info that the check was mailed and provided a tracking number and person that received it at USAA. That morning we confirmed with USAA that it was received on 7/20/20, yet it was written on 6/27/20, and cleared our bank on 7/1/20. We were told our truck would be processed for payoff (before our next payment was due). That same day I receive calls and texts from Bruce Weiss, congratulating us on our new truck, wanted to know how we like it, and wanted to make sure it was a great purchasing experience. We were unable to call him right them but told him that I would call in about an hour via text. I received another text saying to call he had great news or information. I called and he had no new information, except that Gary was still trying to gather info. Later that day I received calls and/or texts that the truck would not be ready on Wednesday that they are waiting for 2 wheels. The company only had 2 available so 2 had to be shipped. We are now being told Thursday or Friday. So what was the great news/info Bruce Weiss had? It always seems that the right hand doesn’t have any clue what the left hand is doing, During this whole process we have received numerous emails congratulating us on our new truck and asking how we like it yet we still don’t have the truck. On the first vehicle we purchased (signed the paperwork) we were told that they couldn’t pick up the vehicle in El Mirage due to COVID issues yet soon after they were going to pick one up in Tucson and eventually picked one up in CA so we know that, that was a lie. We believe they were trying to stall to try and find another vehicle for us. It seems whatever Thad conveys does not actually transpire. For example, the 3rd truck has the “Sport” trim with 18’ wheels. The other trucks had 20” wheels. I had to buy tires if I wanted 20” wheels. So needless to say, Thad has no integrity in my book and we have zero confidence in things happening when they it is going to happen. Why did it take so long for Bruce Weiss to get involved? We have been buying new cars for at least 30 years from various dealerships and makes. Never have we had so many issues. More

John Tufarelli went above and beyond to keep us informed on the huge project of our engine. He made sure to explain how everything with the warranty worked and went step by step with us until our pickup was on the huge project of our engine.
