Both times the contract review writers scrtewed me both times the review writers screwed me, the first time my Pickup was supposed to be 40,000 but by the time the review writer got through with it sh both times the review writers screwed me, the first time my Pickup was supposed to be 40,000 but by the time the review writer got through with it she didn't give credit for the 12,000 car trade in and neither did she give me full credit for the 10000 dollar down payment I gave to you, you are the crookedest dealership I have ran into since I left old Glendale dodge, and on the second one I consigned for a friend and the writer put my name first and hers last and on top of that he charged her an interest rate of 10%. From the time I drove in until I drove out I was impressed. All the service I had done was done correctly and they did a free multiple point inspection and added a diesel injector cleaner at no addi impressed. They were real busy that day. I got an email that the problem was found and to come and pick up my truck. When I got to the dealer, Aaron had about 20 service requests on his desk still waiting to be completed. I was impressed that they were able to get to mine amongst all the others since many were there ahead of me. Even though it was a simple fix, it was still impressive it was handled the same day. More

Quite possibly the worst experience I've had buying anything My mother bought two vehicles from this dealership and had good experiences with both, enough so that she had my husband, a Marine, and I go here to p My mother bought two vehicles from this dealership and had good experiences with both, enough so that she had my husband, a Marine, and I go here to purchase our Journey. The sales representative we worked with, Austin, was amazing - very personable and professional. In fact he went above and beyond what a sales representative usually does. However, that is about where the good in this experience ends. I have never seen such disorganization and frankly disgraceful business practice as I have here. The financier had us fill out paperwork and then told us that he would have to redo everything (but to sign it anyway) - then wanted us to pay even more out of pocket despite us agreeing on the payment option we had settled on before even meeting with him. When my husband and I called that night, it was next to impossible to get him to listen to what we were trying to tell him - and would only regurgitate the same thing over and over again as if to get us to agree to the way HE wanted things done, not how we, the ones paying for the xxxx car, wanted to do it. When we finally got things settled to the previous agreement, we were assured a call back with a status on everything with the car and the finalization of the financing as we were on a time crunch to get back to base in another state. After three days we still did not receive any word from this dealership - so we called and got the run around three times. Finally we called Austin who was kind enough to do some footwork to see what was happening with our vehicle and paperwork. The next day we went up there, along with my mother who was horrified at this experience, to follow up and get this sorted out because we only had two more days of leave left before we absolutely had to get back for my husband to report in. Our financier not only came up with excuses as to why he did not return phone calls, but was rude and highly unprofessional. Now, I thought that this whole fiasco was going to be the worst of this experience... but turns out I was very wrong. I am now 8 days away from the temporary plates from expiring and my husband is deploying in a week and I only just found out that the title wasn't even SENT IN. Of course, every time I call I either get sent to SEVERAL different departments or I get told that the person I so happen to need to talk to is not in. These people take more days off than any other company I have ever worked with. They do not return phone calls. They do not communicate. Management has been of no help and they have done nothing but drop the ball throughout this entire transaction. It has been absolute xxxx working with this company and cannot believe that this is the type of customer service provided not only to a first time customer but to an active serviceman and his family. My family and I will take our business elsewhere for any vehicle purchases in the future. More
