I had the pleasure to work with Josh in the purchase of my next vehicle. He was patient and helpful along the long and tedious process of buying a vehicle. Even after I raised some questions about certain things and decided to trade in my older vehicle mid way through the process. He still remained very nice about it all and help me get my trade in going. Throughout the whole time he was always real with me and I felt like I was not being tricked as I have felt at other dealerships. He went step by step and did not mind going along at my pace. After coming to an agreed price, I also dealt with Derlis who I also had a great experience with when the time for signing all the financing agreements came. He also went at my pace and did not rush me despite it already being past 8pm. Thank you guys for your help, time, and experience. More
