Without missing a beat Alan handled every issue, did some research regarding warranty coverage (in which he found it was covered under warranty) and had my vehicle ready for pick up the next day. Service The service department was truly professional in handling the issue with my new 2019 Ram. I’ve purchased 3 new vehicles in the past and every time in The service department was truly professional in handling the issue with my new 2019 Ram. I’ve purchased 3 new vehicles in the past and every time in service I was treated like one of the family! However if there is a down side it’s a minor one... the loaner vehicles have twice been dirty on the inside and extremely low on fuel. An area that would not take much of an effort to rectify, all in all Larry Miller Dodge is definitely in a class by themselves!
