UNTRUTHFUL, MANIPULATIVE SCAM This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life. This place is absolutely an ATROCITY. The most shady, disrespectful and dishones This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life. This place is absolutely an ATROCITY. The most shady, disrespectful and dishonest men I have ever come in to contact with. We came from the east valley to look at a car with the sales person saying “we will find a way to make it work.” Discussed the option of interest rate, down payment, etc. and met in the middle with what we were approved for. Upon filling out paperwork that ended up with a lower interest rate, the finance person stated “we will let the bank deal with that” and sent us on our way. Our first reference then gets a call tonight at 7 pm asking for a call for an emergency that needed to be figured out tonight. When calling, Joel states there is a discrepancy with the interest rate and overall loan and asked us to come down tonight. It’s 7 pm, we’re over an hour away, and says we must come tonight. When stating we cannot do so tonight and can come either tomorrow night or Sunday morning, he stated it MUST be done tonight or they are coming to get the car. I then called back to reach Joel and was told by the front desk that he is “with a customer” and I asked if he can push urgency on us, he can take my call. The “manager” who couldn’t even give his name then stated they have been trying to reach us all week long, however, not one single call on our phone from this dealership. In fact, we had been contact all week with the sales person Josh, who ironically wasn’t even there for our appointment when we came to get the car. Terrible service. Lies, and lack of customer care for an error that was not made by us. We then call and get ahold of Joel again who states we can come down to work out another car. As if we would EVER want to spend a dime here for that car or any other. Collectively, they lied, who also stated he worked til 6, and yet was calling me at 7, then had the receptionist tell me he was with a customer, and that they have been trying to reach us for a week when the sales person who was in communication all week and said NOTHING other than answering questions about getting the second key. SHADY SHADY SHADY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Customer service is atrocious, we were blatantly lied to, mislead, and mistreated. You want more money for the car, you attacked our character to our reference. Scum. I truly believe any person in the world does not deserve to feel this belittled and mislead for such an investment. More

No Problem - Just Hustle Called Jacob a LMD PEORIA Service, last Saturday. The wife’s Durango overdue again for service. I dropped it off at 2:10pm.
