I don’t think it is a coincidence and something Dodge needs to look into further because this is not the first time as others have reported the same thing. I love my car and I love dodge products so I hope to see them make it right for all who have shelled out $1700 on a power steering pump that stopped working when the shifter quit working. More

Short on time with a lot of work needed! I’m a full time mom first but I also work full time out in Scottsdale. Yes, there are closer dealerships I could have gone to or Joe Shmoe could have I’m a full time mom first but I also work full time out in Scottsdale. Yes, there are closer dealerships I could have gone to or Joe Shmoe could have done the work cheaper.. blah.. but I trust the Peoria location only. The work is guaranteed and they seem to actually care about my safety, my time and my overall satisfaction. My service writer was Josh and he kept me informed the entire process. He got my car in sooner than expected, made sure I had other driving accommodations and my car was washed and back to me even a day early. Not to mention he went out of his way to help me with my baby’s car seat I had forgotten to grab. Location is clean, friendly, and fast. I can’t be without a car. More

I was told it would be less than an hour and a half to switch out the recalle I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They were helpful and informative.
