Awesome Service Experience. Called Pete Pabst at LMD Service in Peoria AZ recently. He made me an appt for my 2016 Ram as I had a few recalls to address , oil change due and a po Called Pete Pabst at LMD Service in Peoria AZ recently. He made me an appt for my 2016 Ram as I had a few recalls to address , oil change due and a power train issue. I dropped it off on the morning of the set appt. Pete was awesome; jovial as usual - big smile. He took the keys and had it all ready set up. Called me a few hours later in the afternoon on my cell directly - all done. Pete left the keys at the desk and I picked up the Ram with no issues after service was closed but dealership was open. The truck runs great and all issues fixed. Thanks again Pete. I will only work with Pete. He treats me with respect even though I am one of hundreds of customers that he sees. He also acknowledges Veterans which makes me trust him.
