Every other experience with the service department has been great. I was a little disappointed this time. I had work done to replace the window regulator. The service people didn't clean the window when they were done and there were markings left from the suction cups that they used to hold the window. There was also a foot mark on the door panel where it looks like they used their foot to either put the door back together or to hold the door open. That made for a less-than-great service experience for me this time. More
When we brought our Navigator in to LHM to be worked on we were told we would have the car back in 2-3 days unless they had to send away for a part. I questioned the service rep about the short estimated we were told we would have the car back in 2-3 days unless they had to send away for a part. I questioned the service rep about the short estimated time they would need to repair the head gasket because told him the three other places I took the car had told me it would take at least a week. Finally 10 days later after not hearing anything from LHM called and was told they were just finishing up the paper work and wanted to get my car all detailed for me and that would take 2-3 more hours. LHM called 1 hour later and told me my car was ready. When we picked up the car it had only been washed on the outside. If someone tells me they are going to detail my car I assume they will at least be vacuuming the inside. So instead of using the word "detail" they should just say they are washing the car. I did appreciate having my car washed. I wish that LHM had done a better job of keeping me informed about how long it was really taking to get my car fixed. Luckily I don't use that car for my primary vehicle so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. I just appreciate being kept informed. LHM did have the best pricing for this repair by about $1,000. I appreciate your friendly staff and will use LHM in the future. Thanks Pam Erickson More

I was given very special treatment by the sales person and service manager. Sorry but ive forgotten there names its been several months since I've had to talk to any of them. The service manager and store manager both made sure that I was taken care of with an extra keyless entry key and a frame that holds the license plate on the front bumper of the car. A piece of interior trim popped off and I wasn't able to put it back on. I drove into the service bay and was met by a young woman (unfortunately I didn't get her name)who was very courteous and took the put it back on. I drove into the service bay and was met by a young woman (unfortunately I didn't get her name)who was very courteous and took the car in immediately to see what needed to be done. About 40 minutes later we were informed by a service technician that it was all taken care of and that he also found where a pieced of velcro under the dash had slipped and he took care of that also. I was very pleased with the results and the fact that my problem was fixed quickly and correctly. Thanks!! More
My typical experience(for oil change) has been thta I'm told 30-45 minutes and usually took about 1.5 hours. Vehical would be pulled out front and I wait 5-10 minutes to sign out and leave. I did not feel like there was much concern of my being there waiting for my vehical. This time the lady in the drive got my information and said it would be 45 mninuts and she would let me know when it was ready. As she stated it was 45 minutes and personaly came to get me and tell me the vehical was ready. I felt like this was a huge improvement over customer service. I want to purchase a Mirror with the outside temp built into it however I have come in twice and called once and have yet to get a response from the accessories department. I left a message a couple months ago with no response (rex) then stopped in, Rex was busy when I was down there left a business card with the information on it and still no call. I was there monday and personally talked to I think len or lance? at the accessories desk he took my information and said he would call me with a price, still no call? AFter no call I finaly went to Henry Day Ford and recieved prompt perfessional service. I have not yet ordered the mirror as you are much closer and convenient to me, but looks like I may be forced to go elseware. Thanks for your time More
