Several months ago I brought my 2013 Accord in for a tune-up. The old spark plugs were left inside the engine compartment causing a terrific rattle. I then noticed immediately that my car was missing. I tune-up. The old spark plugs were left inside the engine compartment causing a terrific rattle. I then noticed immediately that my car was missing. I couldn’t bring my car in right away but when I did the engine was still missing. An evaluation was performed on my car and it was found that the new spark plugs that were installed by the Larry Miller shop had already fouled. Afterwards my engine was still missing. Let me remind you that my car wasn’t missing until after the tune-up. They decided that a valve adjustment was necessary. After their adjustment I lost between 5-9 mpg and it made no difference in the missing. Several other tests were performed but, to no avail. I took my car back, yet again, I told the service advisor about losing the gas mileage and that the spark plugs they put in had gone bad and he said that I probably needed rings. I said if I needed rings that the mechanic who changed the bad plugs out would’ve said something at that time. He then rested his fingertips on one of my tires and said I needed an alignment. So, after all this inconvenience, my engine is still missing, I’ve paid for a valve adjustment that did nothing but cause me to lose gas mileage that wasn’t addressed even after I called and left a message for the service advisor. I think it might be wise to find a competent Honda mechanic and a shop advisor who doesn’t pad his wallet with unneeded commission fees. R. Mark Johnston More
Employees could not tell me where my car was after waiting over an hour and a half. Finally, they found it and told me nothing had been done on it even though it was scheduled for oil change and maint waiting over an hour and a half. I had my 2019 Honda CRV serviced and discovered my folding chair in the back was missing, I Phoned Chris the next day, he checked with the technician and nobody knew anything. They are dishonest company that will rip-off customers for poor quality work while standing behind their VERY dishonest mechanics! Recently I called Larry Miller Honda advising them of an issue with my door locks the immediately told me it would cost me $350 without a diagnosis I asked about the diagnosis and they told me it would be an extra hundred and $100. I went ahead and order the parts assuming they knew what they were talking about and had them replace both today. After paying them $450, $350 of which was Labor, I discovered they broke an O-ring on the door lock. I confronted them about it before leaving and they told me they'd have to check with their supervisor to get it replaced for free, they called me back hours later told me that it would cost me they found the part and charging me $65! I asked to speak with the supervisor, and Chris called me back advising me that the internal workings of the door we're rotted out from sun damage. I called him out on his lie, explaining the interior of the vehicle is never parked right in the sun, hence my dashboard would be all cracked and my interior faded. My vehicle is always parked in my garage and is used only to commute teenagers to school. They continued to give me other excuses for not wanting to replace a $65 part they broke. I explained that if they were truly customer service oriented they wouldn't lose business over $65. He immediately responded telling me, “I see your vehicles only in for warranty work anyway….”! After more excuses from Chris and much debate on who broke, it they agreed to purchase the part and call me back, offering to install it for a small labor fee of $35! I refused their “generous” rip-off of an offer to pay them above the $350 we paid them only hours earlier! The sad part is, the manager doesn’t know my other son JUST purchased a 2016 Honda Civic! I guess it was worth losing customers after all. More

Jacob, my service advisor, was nothing but professional, courteous, and honest. The work on my car even came in under the quoted price and it rides like a dream. I had several things fixed, maintenance done and new tires to boot. I am waiting for a part to come in for the last repair and Jacob will call to set that up when it arrives. I have sometimes wished for an app to help me out with my car repairs......now I have one, his name is Jacob Doore. Ask for him, you wont be disappointed. More
