Friendly, insightful, helpful, and all around good people! I came here not knowing what to expect. They're probably going to be like all of the other dealerships I've been to that day, and try to get me into a I came here not knowing what to expect. And anything I say I want will go through one ear and out the other. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN!!!! as soon as I walked in a gentleman named Javier Sanchez asked me if he could help me with anything, immediately offering me coffee and other light snacks. After accepting the coffee, I told him that I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. I wanted something with a little bit of room, but also have enough power too pass people if need be. I also told him my budget and the situation I was in with my truck. I had 28% interest on it and was probably going to be upside down about 9000 dollars. I know, That's horrible! And Javier said the same thing. I told him I was willing to pay a little more a month as long as I could get the interest rate down. He was honest and told me it looked rough. Everyone else just told me what I wanted to hear and had me sit there for hours before telling me it was no use. After letting him do his thing. and pull a lot of stings for me he finally got me approved through the dealership at just over thirty dollars what I was paying before! but my adventure doesn't end there. we were just approved through them and not a bank. so he sent my to another fellow named David Gunther. David is one of the finance guys in the back. I was incredibly nervous! I didn't know what was going on at all! But David walked me through the rest of the paper work and finally got an actual bank to approve the loan!!! After all was said and done, I got into a brand new 2016 Elantra GT with 4.29 interest!!!! I just about cried! Do to all of the rebates on the new car, that was the best way to go. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Friendly, Insightful, and in my case generous people. This is the place I'm telling my family and friends to go for sure! More
