Upgrade? We went into the dealership because I had received 2 or 3 calls regarding the upgrade program. I had a 2015 Sonata Sport, which I loved except for th We went into the dealership because I had received 2 or 3 calls regarding the upgrade program. I had a 2015 Sonata Sport, which I loved except for the seats and headrest position being uncomfortable. We were offered a Sonata Hybrid, which we drove and found the seats to be more comfortable and were impressed with the gas mileage. I did not like the selection of colors, however. We wanted to think about it overnight, as it was very late, but we were pressured into staying. I was emphatic that I would not take the car if my payment went up, but in the end we were talked into taking the Hybrid at a higher payment. One trick that the people at Larry Miller always play on their customers is that they are trying to fill a quota and it has to be filled that day! I detest that line. This is my 3rd experience with Larry Miller, it is always the same line. I do not go to the Dealership to help them fill their quota--I go to get a car that I like and that I will be spending a lot of time in every day for several years. It's not about them. It's about customer satisfaction. They need to stop talking about their quota! Whew! Now, I got that off my chest! :) Anyway, my new Hybrid runs smooth as honey, is fun to drive, gets much better gas mileage, and is more comfortable than the Sport, but I still don't like the color, and my kids were mad at me for trading in our beautiful, more sporty version. Oh, well. Since I have it, I will enjoy it, and hopefully the savings in gasoline will compensate for the higher payment. More
