Purchase of new car I was in an auto collision and was upset about loosing my previous Hyundai Elantra. It was my second Elantra and had been a great car. I Have A Changed Mind! I LOVED my experience at this dealership from the sales person, manager and finance person! After being treated like I was stupid at the Nissan dealer I LOVED my experience at this dealership from the sales person, manager and finance person! After being treated like I was stupid at the Nissan dealership across the street (saying my ALTIMA wasn't worth more than $2500 w/o even SEEING or knowing the maintenance of it) and refusing to work with me on lower payments and a budget I didn't want to exceed. I even let them know someone was buying my car for $6000 so this would be my downpayment, yet no willingness to change my loan approval or payments. Also the sales guy had NO information on ANY vehicle I asked about, mileage, price, mpg, etc! So I went to Hyundai across the street, told them my awful experience at nissan and immediately Mateo found me a newly used car with only 3000 miles in my budget, gave me a great deal on maintenance, worked w/his manager to lower my payments and they all worked in helping my loan get approved (as I had another car loan open at the time). I was stubborn because I didn't really want a Hyundai (didn't like the shape of the trunk lol) but after driving it around it's wonderful, great on gas, turns perfectly, is safe w/many airbags (I have a baby neice) and safe when calling out so I can remain hands free! I've already referred them to family and friends because I know they'll be taken care of! More

My first newer Hyundai This is my fourth Hyundai. I've had three Santa Fe's that were bought used, the first two were totaled before their time while sitting still and thir This is my fourth Hyundai. I've had three Santa Fe's that were bought used, the first two were totaled before their time while sitting still and third, Charm, has 175,000 miles on her. Drives as good today as she did the first day. Charm will be my daughter's first car. She will be safe and in a good place when she starts driving this fall. This Elantra has a lot to live up to. It would be nice if it would pair with my I-phone. I finished the sale after 10 pm Monday night and took her on the road Tues, Wed, Thurs to Farmington. It was a good ride. I need to learn more about the features and get the phone working with the car. Other wise I think we will be together for many years to come. More
