2015 Sonata Limited Purchase I have nothing but praise for this Dealership, they go out of their way to insure that the customer is well taken care of to include the Sales Manager I have nothing but praise for this Dealership, they go out of their way to insure that the customer is well taken care of to include the Sales Manager, the F & I Manager and the Salesman. The excellent service is also carried over to the Service Department as well, from emails from the Service Manager down to my Service Advisor, Chelsea Yarborough. Chelsea has always insured that I received great service each and every time I visited the Service Department on my two previously owned Hyundais. However I feel that I must complain about the New Vehicle Detail Shop. As I previously stated, this is my third (3rd) Hyundai that I purchased from this dealer. The previous two deliveries the cars were delivered quite sparkling clean, NOT SO WITH THIS LATEST DELIVERY. THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE RE-CLEANED TWO ADDITIONAL TIMES AFTER THE INITIAL CLEANING. ON THE FIRST (1RST) RE-WASH WHEN I LOOKED AT THE CAR THERE WAS SAND ON THE TRUNK LID AND WHEN I POINTED THAT OUT TO THE DETAIL PERSON HE WAS VERY RUDE STATEING THAT HE HAD WASHED THE CAR AND HE PROCEEDED TO WIPE THE DRY SAND OFF THE TRUNK LID WITH A DRY TOWELL UNTIL I COMPLAINED THAT WOULD LEAVE LIGHT SCRATCHES IN THE PAINT. IN ADDITION, ON THIS SECOND WASH THE DETAIL PERSON LEFT SOAP SUDS ON THE FUEL DOOR AS WELL AS THE CLEAR PLASTIC PROTECTION PIECES ON THE WHEEL CENTER CAPS AND THE DOOR SEAL PLATES. THE SALES MANAGER PROCEEDED TO RETURN THE VEHICLE FOR YET ANOTHER CLEANING AND WHEN HE TOLD THE DETAIL PERSON TO GET IN THE VEHICLE THE DETAIL PERSON THREW HIS TOWEL DOWN AND WALKED OFF ANGRILY. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED AFTER THIS WASH JOB, I DISCOVERED THE WHEELS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED AND THE SALES MANAGER ONCE AGAIN HAD TO RETURN THE VEHICLE FOR YET ANOTHER CLEANING AND WHEN IT WAS RETURNED AFTER THAT IT WAS ONLY BARELY ACCEPTABLE AS IT STILL HAD SOME DIRTY AREAS TO INCLUDE THE GRILL WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY AS WELL AS THE WHEELS NEEDED MORE ATTENTION. THE SALES MANAGER STATED THAT HE OWED ME A COMPLLETE DETAIL WHEN I WANT IT. TO BE PERFECTLY HONEST, I WILL WAIT UNTIL I GET MY REGISTRATION IN AND THEN WHEN I CAN PUT THE LICENSE PLATE ON THE CAR PROPERLY I WILL GO TO OCTOPUS CAR WASH AND GET IT CLEANED PROPERLY PLUS HAVE HAND WAX APPLIED AT THE SAME TIME. I DO NOT TRUST MY CAR TO GO BACK TO THE SAME DETAIL PEOPLE THAT CLEANED IT FOR DELIVERY. More
