Mateo our salesman was just in a very bad motorcycle accident and in a lot of pain still, two weeks after accident. Committed to his responsibility of being a man and working hard to provide, we had told him that we were just looking and we'd make sure that he'd not be working late so he could go home and relax because he was in so much pain. But Mateo went out of his way for us and said, I'm here for you, and not that shabby peer pressure kind of talk either that we all know that salesman say. Well Mateo was so patient and kind with us, and of course getting us a good deal, yes we ended up buying that night. Poor Mateo was there till at least 10:30pm that night making sure we were completely satisfied before signing the deal. Val the sales manager was a cool character also, giving us great great service's and deals, making sure that we have a great buying experience also. Thanks Mateo and Val you guys make Larry H. Buying a new car from the new guy! My husband & i arrived at the Larry Miller Hyundai dealer on Coors in Abq on Monday April 21, 2014. I had done some online research and we had actuall My husband & i arrived at the Larry Miller Hyundai dealer on Coors in Abq on Monday April 21, 2014. I had done some online research and we had actually drove a couple of Hyundais at the other Larry Miller dealership a few days before. Up comes this fresh face, a young kid and greets us with a smile. We later find out he is jarrod and this is his second day at work! He asks if he can help us see anything,, and we tell him yes a Veloster. We look at them, I diecide on the Marathon Blue to drive and he gets a key. While driving he is polite, asks what we are looking for in a car and we tell him...I admit we gave him some made up answers to get him thinking on his feet. What he could not answer, he promptly obtained the info, and he was a delight to deal with. Bought us a new Veloster! Gunny the finance guy was very personabale and kept us on our feet in return! Great experience, would return anytime and will reccommend to my friends and family. No hype- no lies- no pressure!! We like! More

When we made our decision on which vehicle we wanted, they did all they could to get the unit for us as they did not have one on their lot. While the car was being transported to the dealership, we sat with David Gunther and he did a great job of presenting options available for financing and protection of the vehicle.
